I’m Pippa, a qualified reflexologist with a passion for helping people feel their best. I know firsthand how stress, anxiety, and health concerns can take a toll on your wellbeing.
That’s why I specialise in reflexology—an incredible, natural therapy that supports the body’s ability to heal and rebalance itself.

My Journey into Reflexology
My career has been varied, but one thing has remained constant—my love for working with people.
I started out in retail buying, working with people from all over the world.
I then spent five years as cabin crew, where I learned the importance of sleep, self-care, and managing stress while working unsocial hours.
Later, I moved into the NHS, progressing to Senior Manager level, where I truly saw how stress impacts health.

From Personal Healing to Professional Practice
It was during this time that I discovered reflexology. I was looking for ways to manage stress and support my own fertility journey. The results were life-changing.
In 2018, I began studying at Contemporary Reflexology College, and in 2020, I gained my Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology—the highest level qualification in the field.
Now, I’m dedicated to using my experience to help others feel the benefits of this wonderful therapy.
